A fully catered fun day to get out and enjoy nature and catch the various fish species that occur in the area.
Over the years, the number of sport and recreational fishermen among tourists has increased considerably.
And rightly so, because Suriname is a true paradise for fishermen.
A beautiful environment where fishermen can practice their hobby to their heart’s content!
During this tour you will drive to the reservoir (Brokopondo lake) and from here you will go by boat to the lake.
Here you can catch the following fish species:
- Tukunari (Peacock Bass)
- Piranha
- Cubi
The fishing tours are conducted with a professional sports fishing boat.
Rods and bait are included in this tour.
Food and cold drinks are also provided, as well as an expert, but also friendly guidance.
Tour Schedule
Reservoir Fishing Tour
Between 5 and 6 am you will be picked up and then we will drive to the reservoir. Duration of the car/bus trip to the reservoir is 2 hours. From there we get in the boat and sail on the reservoir where we choose a nice location for fishing. The various fish species that can be caught on the lake include: – piranha – kubi – toekoenari (peacock bass)
